It certainly does not feel like summer around these parts. Today the temperature was in the mid 50s and quite rainy. As I was not prepared for such weather, I burst into our apartment very wet. Peep toe heels were not a good idea today. The only thing that sounded good was to change into comfy clothes and eat something warm. You may think this is weird, but on rainy days I CRAVE baked beans, grilled cheese, and potato chips. I think I get it from my Dad. Now I am all warm and toasty. No rain is going to ruin my parade.
Maple baked beans, homemade bread with smoked gouda cheese, and cracked pepper potato chips.
